Can I cancel or modify my order?Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request changes. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.

What are the shipping options available?We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days)

Do you offer international shipping?As at now, we only offer shipping for Ghanaian Customers. International Shipping will be made available soon.

How much does shipping cost?Orders over Ghc 5000 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under Ghc5000 incur a standard shipping fee of Ghc 500. Express shipping fees vary based on location and package weight.

How do I return an item?Contact our customer service team at info@firnicgroup.com to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Firnic Group error.

What is your return policy?Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact. Proof of purchase is required.

How long does it take to process a return?Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
