Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Policy

​

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

  • Guests must present a valid ID and the credit card used for the booking at check-in.

 

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night of the stay.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

 

4. Payment Policy

  • Full payment for the stay is required at the time of check-in.

  • The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at the time of check-out.

 

5. Room Occupancy

  • The maximum occupancy per room is based on the room type and is strictly enforced.

  • For shared occupancy, the two adults must consist of one male and one female. Unfortunately, rooms cannot be shared by two males or two females.

  • Extra beds or cots are not available for hotel rooms.

 

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

 

7. Smoking Policy

  • The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in rooms or indoor public areas is strictly prohibited.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate the smoking policy.

 

8. Damage and Theft

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property during their stay.

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages or missing items.

 

9. Privacy Policy

  • The hotel is committed to protecting the privacy and security of guests' personal information.

  • Personal data provided by guests will only be used for the purposes of the reservation and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

 

10. Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.

  • The hotel is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur on the property.

 

11. Conduct and Behavior

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.

  • The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest causing a disturbance or engaging in illegal activities.

 

12. Use of Facilities

  • Hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

  • Guests must adhere to the posted rules and regulations for each facility.

 

13. Visitors

  • All visitors must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval from hotel management.

  • Unauthorized visitors may be asked to leave the premises, and any guests found to be violating this rule may face penalties, including eviction.

14. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, or government regulations.

 

15. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

16. Amendments

  • The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the hotel's website or upon request.

Hotel Policies

Booking

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a Booking. 2. You may make a Booking by using our online reservation system, or via other channels e.g. WhatsApp or Phone call. Rooms are subject to availability and any applicable taxes and/or service charges as advised during your booking process. 3. In order to secure your Booking you are required to provide a deposit depending on your applicable Accommodation rate. 4. In accordance with the rules and regulations of the country, all guests have to be registered, with valid proof of identification provided (Passport or Ghana Card) 5.Firnic Luxurious Private Hotel may cancel your Booking at any time, without prejudice to any other right it may have: (a) if you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) for security purposes; (c) by order of the Government or any public authority; or (d) due to an event of Force Majeure.

Your Behaviour

1. We reserve the right to require you or any of your visitors to immediately vacate your room, check-out and leave the Hotel premises if we consider that you are behaving (or have behaved) in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner which could trigger (or has triggered) a risk to the safety and health of other guests or staff of the Hotel or are causing (or have caused) a disturbance or annoyance to other Hotel guests or staff of the Hotel. 2. You must comply, and must ensure that all of your visitors comply, with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel and notified to you, including but not limited to health and safety, security procedures and any other legal requirements. 3. Under no circumstances may you take photographs of the Hotel premises to sell or for any other commercial purpose. 4. Unless explicitly approved by the Hotel, neither you nor any of your visitors may bring your own food or drink into the Hotel for consumption at the Hotel. 5. Please be advised that smoking is not permitted in the Hotel. A fee equivalent to USD 125 (or the equivalent amount in local currency at an exchange rate to be reasonably determined by us) for cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture may apply for smoking in the Hotel room. Using candles or any form of open flame is not permitted in any Hotel room. 6. You are expected to treat hotel staff with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination toward staff members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the hotel. The hotel prioritizes a safe and positive environment for both guests and staff, and any behavior that undermines this will be addressed promptly. 7. Guests are allowed to consume alcohol in designated areas of the hotel, such as bars or dining spaces. Excessive consumption that leads to disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or are behaving irresponsibly.
